You can contact Baiyue Music directly to buy it and ask them to sea-freight it directly to you in Singapore (or whatever country you are located in), as it does not make sense for BaiYue to ship the guqin from Taiwan ROC to the Taobao agent's warehouse in Mainland China PRC before re-shipping it to your country.
